Life has its share of struggles—I know this not only as a therapist but through my own personal experiences. I also understand the power of resilience and healing. You are not broken, and you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.
With a background in both science and mental health, I bring an approach that is both evidence-based and deeply human. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology to help untangle the thoughts and patterns.
